Geospatial Risk Prediction

Using R, I developed a risk prediction model that accurately identifies car theft hotspots in Chicago. Ultimately, my model outperforms standard predictive policing algorithms, and is generalizable across various neighborhood contexts. However, I discuss the ethical implications of deploying such a tool in my report.
