Exploring Spatial Trends in Housing

This project uses Python-based spatial analysis to investigate the link between housing code violations and eviction rates in Philadelphia. I also compare the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) within Philadelphia and nearby suburbs, to identify environmental inequality regarding tree cover.
