Mapping Urban Growth: Transit-Oriented Development

This project uses R to analyze the impact of light rail availability on urban growth in Hudson County, NJ, between 2009 and 2019. I explore whether households prioritize transit-rich neighborhoods, and offer insights into the role of public transportation in shaping urban development patterns.
